Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your session.  If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.  If you need to cancel an appointment email us at support@lakesidehealthandwellness.com.  

Cancellation fees:

• More than 24-Hour Notice: Appointment will be cancelled at no charge
• Less than 24-Hour Notice: 50% of the appointment price will be charged
• Failure to show without notice: 100% of the appointment price will be charged
