Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

Our subscription services are offered as fixed-term purchase options. When you choose a subscription plan, you are purchasing a set duration of recurring services (for example: a 6-month monthly scan program). All subscription purchase options automatically end at the conclusion of the purchased term and will not renew unless you choose to purchase a new term.

Fixed-Term Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you are committing to the full duration selected at checkout.

• The subscription begins immediately upon purchase.
• Monthly billing continues for the length of the purchased plan (e.g., 6 months).
• The subscription automatically ends after the final billing cycle.
• No manual cancellation is required on your part.

No Refunds or Credits

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

• Payments already processed
• Mid-term cancellation requests
• Unused months
• Missed or skipped assessments
• Prepaid subscription amounts

We do not offer monetary refunds or future service credits for any portion of a subscription purchase.

Each subscription cycle funds the clinical preparation, remote scan processing, and ongoing service work performed throughout the term.

Mid-Term Cancellation

Because subscriptions are fixed-term purchase options, mid-term cancellation is not available.

• You may discontinue using the service at any time,
• but payments for the full term remain due,
• and no refunds or credits can be issued for unused cycles.

Your subscription will still automatically end after the purchased term.

Prepaid Subscription Plans

If your subscription was purchased as a prepaid plan, the entire term is paid upfront and is fully non-refundable. Prepaid subscriptions also end automatically at the end of the purchased term.
