• Take a small hair sample (about 20-25 strands). The sample should be from the scalp—clean and dry is best.

2️⃣ Mail Your Sample to Lakeside Health & Wellness

• Place your hair sample in a small, sealed bag.
• Include your name and order confirmation number.
• Mail it to the address provided in your confirmation email.

3️⃣ Receive Your Results

• Once we receive your sample, we’ll process your scan within 3-5 business days.
