At Lakeside Health & Wellness, we are dedicated to providing high-quality holistic health and wellness services to support your journey to better health. Please note that our offerings consist solely of services, and not physical products.
Investment in Your Care & Our No-Refund Policy
We believe in providing immediate value from the moment you place your order. Upon purchase, our team begins a dedicated process for your care, which includes administrative intake, preliminary research, and the allocation of clinical resources based on your specific needs. This behind-the-scenes work incurs immediate costs and is performed to ensure we are fully prepared to serve you.
As a result, all service sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds.
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction: Future Service Credit
We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience or need to cancel a service before it has been fully delivered, we want to make it right.
Therefore, instead of a monetary refund, we will gladly issue a full credit for the amount paid. This credit can be applied toward any future service offered by Lakeside Health & Wellness and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This allows you to use your investment at a more suitable time while ensuring our team is compensated for the work already initiated on your behalf.

Completed Services
Once a service (such as an appointment, assessment, or consultation) has been fully provided, it is considered complete. In these cases, the non-refundable policy stands, though we remain committed to addressing any feedback you may have.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- For Appointments & Consultations: To ensure smooth operations and the availability of services for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
- For Wellness Assessments: Due to the significant upfront research and intake process that begins immediately upon purchase, our Wellness Assessments are not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling. All sales for Wellness Assessments are final. If you are unable to proceed after purchase, a full future service credit will be issued automatically, as outlined in our "Future Service Credit" policy above.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If there are extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to reach out to us. Any exceptions to this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our subscription-based services, including the Monthly Pathogen Scan for Rife users, follow the same principles as our standard service policies—your purchase immediately initiates clinical preparation, intake processes, and ongoing resource allocation. Because of this, all subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds, credits for unused weeks, or retroactive adjustments for billing periods already processed.
No Refunds or Credits on Subscription Charges
Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is final. Due to the ongoing nature of monthly scan preparation and analysis, we do not provide:
- Refunds for past charges
- Credits for mid-cycle cancellations
- Prorated refunds
- Retroactive billing adjustments
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the six-month minimum commitment. When you cancel, the subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur. All scans scheduled within the active billing period will still be delivered.
Cancellations do not generate refunds or credits for the remaining days of the cycle. Cancellation simply prevents future billing after the current cycle ends.
Minimum Commitment Requirements
If you are within the required six-month minimum term, cancellation will schedule your subscription to end after the final required billing period. You remain responsible for all payments within the commitment window. No credits or refunds are issued for early termination.
Future Service Credits Do Not Apply to Subscriptions
Unlike one-time services, subscriptions do not qualify for future service credits. Each monthly payment covers the behind-the-scenes clinical work and remote scan preparation performed in advance of your report. Because subscription processing is ongoing and time-based, the credit policy does not apply to subscription billing cycles.
