BioScan Assessments can also be performed on patients who are not able to visit Lakeside Health & Wellness for appointments. In this case, the patient provides a small sample of hair by mail for Lakeside to test.   The practitioner shares her recommendations and findings with patients over the phone or via video conference. 

Hair samples are tested with the exact same technology that patients are tested with during an on-site appointment making the BioScan SRT testing a convenient option for those who are unable to visit us in-person.

What to expect:

 - Once the Remote Scan has been ordered, we will schedule time for an initial phone consultation. During the consultation, you will be provided with instructions as to how to collect the hair sample and where to send it. 

 - Once Lakeside Health & Wellness receives the sample, we perform the scan within 3-5 business days.

 - After the scan is completed, we will provide you with the results and recommendations via email as well as schedule a follow up call to review the results.
