Hair Sample Instructions:

Dogs & Cats:  Cut a small hair sample (half dollar size) and place it in a sealable plastic bag. For animals with really short hair that you can’t cut, you can use a clean grooming brush to collect the hair sample.

Horse samples: Cut a sample from the mane close to the base of the hair shaft. We need a minimum of 20 or so strands and not larger than a pen or pencil in diameter and put in a sealable plastic bag.

Please also include the Name of the Animal, Animal Type, Age of Animal (if known), Gender of the Animal, concerns you are having regarding its health or behavior, and lastly, your contact information (phone, email, address)

Detailed shipping instructions will be sent with the order confirmation. 

You will receive a report outlining any identified stressors prioritized by the level of severity.  You will also be given information whether these stressors are contributing to a chronic or acute condition along with recommendations on how to mitigate the stressors.
